Maybe you’ve seen the hit movie “The Secret”

Perhaps you are already aware that what we THINK, what we SAY and what we DO all work hand in hand to create what happens in our life. Sometimes we think about and say things that we DON’T want…and that is what we get. For example – “I don’t want these bills” or “I’m sick and tired” or “I don’t want to be late” etc.

I was just reading about an Abraham-Hicks suggestion for an affirmation that goes like this: “How can I have fun (or whatever emotion you would like to feel) if I do NOT have a million dollars (or whatever your goal is)?”

I wonder what thoughts you could turn around to actually create what you want by using the negative equivalent.

Mine is ….

“How can I be happy and excited
if I don’t have a fantastic relationship!”
