This Makes Us Happy …!
What’s healthy and makes a woman happy? No it’s not a joke, this is scientifically proven!
What’s healthy and makes a woman happy?… semen.
Several years ago an American University (State University of New York) conducted an experiment on women based on how often their partners wore condoms. Gordon Gallup and his colleagues used ordinary psychological tests to determine how happy they were as well as their overall mood. I’m not quite sure what prompts these research studies sometimes, but in this case it found that women whose partners never wore condoms were much happier. The group whose partners usually or always wore condoms were less happy.
This interesting study (published in a New Scientist magazine) also found that a lack of sexual intercourse, made women depressed … I can understand that! After doing extensive testing on a further 700 women, their findings were strengthened. Other factors such as the personalities of the women, how often they had sex, the strength of their relationship or the use of oral contraceptives did not appear to effect the overall conclusion.
So girls, if you were wanting a way to get extra happy and chase away the monthly blues, here’s another idea for you. I’m not suggesting to have unprotected sex but for those of us who are in committed relationships and pregnancy is not an issue – go for it. It kind of adds new meaning to when a man tells you, that he’d like to make you happy! I’m looking forward to it! What about you?
This Makes Us Calm …!
Well, now I’ve just done some more research about sex ( …only on the Internet silly) …and it’s been proven that having sex daily increases a man’s fertility (now that makes sense), but having sex is apparently a great way to calm nerves before doing something potentially stressful such as public speaking as well.
Stuart Brody, a psychologist at the University of Paisley in Scotland says that it must full sexual intercourse to get the best results. (Aren’t we lucky to have men that want to conduct these interesting studies?). He analysed the impact of stressful situations and the blood pressure levels of his male and female subjects. According to the ABC he discovered that “volunteers who had sexual intercourse were the least stressed and had blood pressure levels that returned to normal more quickly than people who engaged in other types of sex.” He also reported that people who didn’t indulge in sex at all had the highest blood pressure levels in response to stress.
Well, I don’t know about you, but I love to feel calm and happy … maybe we should apply to be part of their research and make it even more useful … Who needs more excuses? Who needs more research? Le’ts just go for it!
